I was a podcaster from 2010 to 2014, and I’m going to be starting up again relatively soon. This is good stuff. I had a great setup, but I still wasn’t 100% happy with what I was getting - mostly related to how I sounded in relation to my guests calling in on Skype. This guide addresses that, which is awesome.

I’m on board with having a small plane in one’s driveway, provided it’s in good repair and can’t be stolen and flown down the street. So, I see the plane owner’s point, but I also see the neighbors’ point, if it has a material effect on them.

Like it or not, it can absolutely affect property values of all the surrounding houses. If the neighbors can demonstrate that their property value went down after the plane started living there - or if a neighbor is trying to sell and got feedback from a potential buyer about the plane - they have a pretty valid case.

I think the problem with Kate’s Conway (and with her Sessions last night) is that they don’t try to age her up at all. Kate is 33 years old, according to Wikipedia, while Kellyanne Conway is 50 and Jeff Sessions is 70. And they more or less look their ages:

Same here. And sometimes I have, when I let my emotions get the better of me. In those moments, I failed myself. Those moments are not representative of who I am when I am thinking clearly.

Our payroll software reads those as ordinary income and withholds accordingly, this results in close to a 5 figure refund. Any suggestions?
