This isn’t really a problem with single-payer or health insurance, though.  The woman wasn’t rejected because she couldn’t pay for care.  This is about racial biases in healthcare, and simply switching to single payer doesn’t solve that problem.  That’s something that needs to be addressed directly.

A can of whole pealed tomatoes, smashed up smooth in some way. Stick blenders work the best. If you insist on something thicker you simmer it for like 30 minutes with a bit of garlic and a splash of oil.

My favorite thing about Flip or Flop is that neither of the hosts know how to be on TV 100% of the time, but their expertise is inverted. Love It or List It has the WORST manufactured drama, it’s so phony, but I can’t help but love (a) Hilary’s renovations which are usually pretty good, and (b) the fact that SHE WAS IN ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW!!!

Definitely dystopia. HGTV is a hellscape wasteland where no one installs bookshelves. If they do have shelves, they have one carefully centered tchotchke and no books on them.
