This episode struck me as a total mess. The writers just seemed to have brainstormed for an hour, tossed half of what was on the board and then shot it. I realize that Community is all about the bizarre logic of it's own unique universe but it seems that it is all falling in on itself.

Fair points but if you go back to the first season win by Richard Hatch, I didn't know anybody who wasn't absolutely appalled at the time. It was because we were all new to the game and wanted and expected somebody we liked to win and Richard wasn't very likable. I think most of us have come to understand that the

Something I haven't seen anybody mention about Survivor right now is the apparent advantage Spencer has over everybody at this point because of a piece of information that only he has. That is that the idol with special powers is still out there along with the regular idol he found.

The pie was inside the big container. If you freeze the image (yes I did because I'm a nerd I guess) you can see the pie plus several dead doves.

"King Joffrey is dead, long rot in shit and die a million deaths for eternity King Joffrey—but to actively revel in this plot point is to be no better than the horrific boy king himself."

Am I the only one who thinks this is the funniest comedy in years? I was totally rocked back by the skewering of the place and people with real funny happening all along the way. This is a seriously funny, and smart, show.

It's been years, decades since I saw the movie, but as I remember, the revelation that the Thief of the title is, in the end, the father who originally had his stolen, is heartbreaking.

It's you.

Just finished a second viewing and the revelations for both main characters came across as much more pronounced and dramatic than the second time. I think I was to committed to seeing a more definitive resolution to the by mystery. My appreciation for the show just went up a notch.

Totally disagree. This episode did a great job of setting up a mood of dread for what is coming next. I was surprised to see the negative review.

He explains it as a forfeited vehicle. A legal method of confiscating property but still sleazy and I think illustrates that he's a douchebag.

Stalin was committing genocide long before Hitler.

and in some cases, each other.

Some of you are being a bit disingenuous about movies portraying the Eastern Front of the war. Clearly what JunctionCity is referring to are movies familiar to western audiences and those that focus on the eastern front are rare. And awareness of that part of WW 2 is very lacking in the west. It's a reasonable

I'm starting to wonder about Marty's daughter and how she plays into this. She's already shown signs of possible abuse with her inappropriate doll poses and now we see her engaging in self destructive sexual behavior. Add to that the break that evidently happened between Cohle and Marty as well as Cohle's apparent

I used to think this show was destined to be all about Android equal rights etc. and maybe it will continue in that direction but I am increasingly hoping that the writers are intentionally setting up a slowly revealed dystopian future in which all privacy is eliminated and the final conflict is in taking down that

I don't watch the show but am amused by your insistence that the story telling failed because the right person didn't win (when is a story better because what we want to happen actually happens?) and then you demand that the competition must be based on merit while also implying that winner race and gender should be a

Megan Boone is terribly miscast and I just don't think the show will ever amount to anything with her in the lead. I'm sure she's a nice person but she simply doesn't have the gravitas to pull it off. And when she tries to act tough, that's exactly what she looks like, a girl trying to act tough.

Next season I'm giving it a few episodes and then if it looks like another Lost, I'm out. I really enjoyed this first season but will not get dragged into a "big mystery" show that requires I hang around 5 years to find out what's going on.

Jordan, I understand your frustration with people coming on here and trashing the show so here are my reasons for being so down on it. A network finally has the guts to do a zombie show with all the gore and these people manage to make it boring. The stilted and ever present conversations that everybody seems to
