"This show is extraordinary." No, Maslany is extraordinary while he show has been barrelling down a steep hill for several seasons now. And this finale was the bottom. Somewhere along the way, the writers decided that they had no faith in the story and so decided to load it down with excessive plotlines that went

The Arya/littlefinger cat and mouse thing is a bit silly. I can see Littlefinger playing out exactly how Arya is going to respond to everything he does in exactly the way it plays out so he knew she'd pick the lock to his door then look for and find a secret hideaway and read that message? He's the greatest mind

couldn't agree more. You have to wonder who was replaced in the creative team that caused the show to go off the cliff so dramatically.

Oh, Rachel is one of the good guys now. I've lost count how many times she's, as well as so many other, switched sides.

3 episodes in a will probably bail soon. While I like the setup (clearly I'm not seeing all the shows the reviewer points to as this having stolen from), I'm bored with yet another insufferable teenager who's only purpose is to make everybody's life miserable…until they get sad and the audience is supposed to be sad

Unfortunately they've already indicated that she's going to be repeatedly raped. I hope they don't dwell on that too much and allow her a chance for revenge.

I find it weird how Euron showed up out of nowhere suddenly in the series and he's suddenly a major player. It's as if the writers had forgotten all about this major character and just threw him in at the last minute.
I don't get the whole sand snakes thing. These women are supposed to be extremely talented assassins

have Cosima and Delphine ever appeared together where they don't start trembling and assuring each other of their undying love before feeling utterly betrayed before trembling in each other's arms once again? Is this a joke?

pardon me, I thought you actually wanted an answer to your question.

Don't know about others but for myself, I immediately fell in love with the show on its premiere and of course especially with Tatiana's amazing performances. And the mystery was compelling. But what started last season and continues today is a collapse of the story that is so typical of shows that depend on some

I told myself i would get through this season just to finish everything and at this point I'm not sure that I can go much further. Everything has become idiotic. Why would S refuse to reveal why they were going to places to see certain people until the moment they got there? There is only one logical reason, to

In the doldrums of summer, I'm trying to finally watch this show because of apparent love for the final season. I find it all so boring a miserable that at this point I'm just trying to hold out until the good stuff shows up. Meanwhile I'm coming here to see if there are any insights I can glean to help me

Agreed that this season has been off. Not just on the comedy but Selina's hatefulness seems almost gratuitous at this point. How much do we have to be convinced that she really doesnt' care about anybody but herself? I can enjoy a funny antihero but it's starting to wear thin here.
At the end of the day, maybe the

TJ Miller did an interview on Nerdist and frankly he comes across as experiencing some sort of manic episode. That along with the end of his character on the show makes me think he didn't so much quit as the show strongly suggested he consider other options. There doesn't seem to be any love shared there.

Ugh, I really hope this season picks up from these first 2 episodes. Last season was a letdown and this season seems to be phoned in. They've played around with characters too much and frankly I'm tired living through "Ok, that bad guy became good but he's bad again." for no other reason than the writers apparently

I didn't read any outrage on AVclub when Stone lionized Castro or Chavez.

It's hilarious to see people suddenly outraged by Stone, after his various love letters to murderous dictators of the left, only because he dares to cozy up to somebody they don't like. This is the same Stone who showed his adoration to Castro, to Chavez and practically every left wing dictator he could get his hands

Love to see leftists suddenly losing their minds over Stone when his craziness finally disagrees with them. Sure, celebrate Castro, praise Chavez but oh no, we don't like Putin anymore.

I noticed the "north 40" and figured it must be an idiom used to refer to any distant location on your property. I'm not an oil or cattle baron though so Im not sure but wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. I know I used to use the term when referring to my family property which was all of about 5 acres.

I think Kim was doomed when her car got stuck in the desert. She was already on the path to that crash.
