He didnt. You cant pass a photography final project or test with pictures like that. Thats NOT how you use a strobe or flash in the outside.

No it isn’t lol, and no he didn’t. He didn’t balance his exposure correctly. He could have easily reduced the power of the flash or moved it away to create a more natural lighting scenario. Do it all the time without a problem.
