I was really hoping the Gibby Shield Projectile glitch (aka Meteors) was the next tease. But I am okay with this. I hope they keep the Always Be Closing game mode from the Grand Soirée, that one is by far my favorite, but we will see how Kings Canyon at night is like when that time arrives.

Thats a good take. For me, I have other things in life I could spend $200 on. You are correct in that Respawn should look someone and others like me as a small minority that might still play, but with increased prices for extra content that cost an exorbitant amount, just makes my future purchases even less likely.

Ive paid $10 for both Season Passes and have occasionally bought a few of the Apex Packs with currency already in my wallet (leftovers from SP purchases or gift currency from events). 5 Colors, of which 3 are not cool and two are unique. I get that gunmetal/black/white get the top sales but where are the truly unique colors? Electric Orange, Passion Purple, Light Sage Green. I can see them keeping Red for a performance version but a fun-looking car like this needs more color pop.

Same for me with New Coke and Crystal Pepsi. Never tried Pepsi until it came out a few years back. It wasn’t bad. I’ll be going in blind to New Coke, interested to see how it really tastes as a standalone beverage.
