Some people call it a sausage knife also. The tongs canbe used to pick up the tomato by the thick part between the skin and seeds; also working for sausage. This helps keeps hands clean while you cut, and if you have your food/pan ready for the tomato/sausage, it makes things quick.

The biggest mistake? Having a blow out, sleding into the crub, hit 2 fents 2 burshes 4 brick and a trash can.
