I like all these updates. The cooler in my cpu pooped out the first week SC was online. So I have been patiently waiting until it comes in the mail. Meanwhile, It has been nice to sit back and think about the multitude of cities I have already made on different servers.

So I got the "Free" DLC removed from my system after a few days of enjoyment. However, I never see hardly more than 500 people with the Crimson DLC map packs when I search. Are the DLC's still worth investing money/time in? I am getting tired of the typical selections of Longbow and Exile...

THAT is super frustrating. my brother and I race quite often and he has the issue you mentioned. Somehow my fast laps usually come around lap 7 but I never feel like ti was my fasted attempt until I see the sheet.

I have seen people who put up fast times use this technique. That being said, I have also seen fast times put down without this technique. I think you are right with your analysis of the maneuver, and it really just takes getting to know the track layout and current kart.
