I like that it doesn’t have anything to say. What is it you need to be told by television?

How is it “both sides are bad” when both bad people are on the same side?
Name calling is not an argument. People who believe abortion is murder are not going to be convinced by your word games.
Some people are against abortion because they believe it is murder. That doesn’t make them beholden to your analogies. There are much better arguments for legalizing abortion than this lame “but you’re against school lunch!” b.s.
They believe abortion is murder and not wearing a mask isn’t. That’s not hypocrisy, it’s just different beliefs from yours.
It’s not hypocritical to be against abortion and not wear masts.
She’s great, but facing an uphill battle to get parts. Sitcom momdom is like a prison few actors have broken out of.
I really liked Slattery in Mad Men (who didn’t?), but man, the projects he’s gotten since have been dogshit. Remember that movie about guys with hats?
Hispanic Heritage Month, Sept. 15 - October 15, was created by an act of Congress and proclaimed by every subsequent president: https://history.house.gov/HistoricalHighlight/Detail/15032398402

GLOW has some highly in-demand talents who just lost a year out of the prime of their careers. Negotiations probably got very tricky. How do you contract them for another season, when you don’t know when it’s going to be shot, and they are getting offers for features that will shoot during the same unknowable…
Erin Brockovich, The Rainmaker and A Civil Action are all excellent legal dramas, and there’s a case that “cancer lawsuit” might be the most consistently successful subgenre of movies.
I agree. I don’t have a problem with stories about privileged people, or kings and queens for that matter. Good is good. I would distinguish Mad Men because it does show an “inside/outside” phenomenon, and how people on the outside move in, etc which makes it a little different than shows about privileged people and…
Agree. I watched the trailer for “Ava” on Amazon and couldn’t pull the trigger. I like her and there’s nothing else to watch, but I couldn’t pull the trigger. It just looks totally unoriginal.
There is still television about very privileged people, but it camouflages this by making some of them gay or trans. Look at Transparent and Grace and Frankie. Take away the LGBTQ themes and it’s just rich people deciding who to sleep with and what hobby “businesses” to start. None of their decisions are motivated by…
I have never seen this show and I am thankful for, and astounded by, this in-depth description of the premise. The mom moved from Hartford to Stars Hollow?? I always assumed they lived in the town the mom was from. But no, she got pregnant and became estranged from her parents so she started a new life somewhere about…
“ Martin Short’s character” You mean Doctor Desmond Forrest-Oates
A bunch of comedians separately telling stories that don’t merge into a single cohesive work? That sounds like a night at a comedy club. That seems perfectly acceptable for a documentary series about a comedy club.
This is not the first line of the constitution; it wasn’t even in the original constitution, which is why it had to be added as an amendment. It is the First Amendment, which was added to the original constitution (and is usually considered to be added to the end, not to the beginning!).
