I mean, say what you will - at least he actually talked about the entire episode in more detail than one to two sentences per sketch.

I dunno, I didn’t think it was bad.
I miss Dennis Perkins.
I liked X a lot more than I thought I would - then again, I don’t really like slashers much, so take that for what it’s worth. It was fun, stylish, and creepy, and there was clearly a lot of thought and care put into it.
And wasn’t part of the appeal of Thrones at first the fact that those things *did* have consequences? Like, it actually used to matter if something pissed off The People, at least to an extent.
And in some cases I guess that could be fun, but I just can’t bring myself to care about scowling men in poorly-lit rooms trying to decide who marries Lady Throatzilla or whoever. It all just feels puerile.
Idk, maybe I’m just sick of all this. It’s supposed to be Mature Fantasy for Grown-Ups but no matter how much of a cultural phenomenon it’s become it all feels like something made for the least socially adjusted guy in your high school’s D&D club.
I dunno, something about this doesn’t sit right with me. Marilyn Monroe had a bad enough life, you don’t need to make up even worse stuff to torture us with for three hours.

The thing I always remember about the James Bond bit was when the Queen (this time a body double) parachuted out of the helicopter and Bob Costas seemed to genuinely think it was the actual Queen
Without spoiling too much, Tar’s a movie about a lesbian who does...unpleasant, predatory things. It’s rare for that to happen while still remaining the protagonist and not a clear-cut villain.
What the fuck is Marcia Gay Harden doing here?
I know a few people who were abused as kids who really liked and related to Honey Boy. Can’t imagine how they’re feeling.
I mean, the very fact that Taylor Swift has had such a heavily publicized struggle with her past manager for the masters of her past music undermines this, no?
Even in this environment, it’s shocking the way The Invitation’s trailer straight-up spoiled the ending.
Don’t care, seeing it anyway. As much as I love the talent involved, this has box office bomb written all over it, and I gotta catch it before it leaves theaters.
They’ve stopped signifying whether headlines are good or bad now. They’re just very plain and neutral like this one.
