Yeah sorry Jemima what I meant in my above post is the book covers how building habits is more important then motivation so you don’t have to rely on willpower. All the best.
Thanks for the great reply. I think I’m the same where I will need to schedule everything in including fun. Plus if you book something in then you are more accountable like you have commited to something or someone. I will work on it now :) and schedule starting with most important and the least important will get…
