Not to potentially be off-topic, there is what I feel is a great science-fiction book “Floating Worlds” by Cecelia Holland published in 1976 about colonies and cities suspended in Saturn’s not-very-hospitable atmosphere. It’s a bit of a challenging read, but timeless, and plausible - in a while.
