Anet’s hands were tied here. They couldn’t reasonably fire one person and let another off with a warning. Especially when in this sociopolitical climate where one person was female and the other was male.
Taking the original twitter spat alone, her behavior was ridiculous. She posted a multi-tweet essay, essentially, to a public space. Someone respectfully commented on that essay and she began passively insulting him.
Don’t get me wrong, I completely understand this line of thinking, but I tried to stop myself looking at things this way once I realized that these obnoxious fanbases are usually made up of enthusiastic people who are seeing identities and ideals they identify with explored for the first time in mediums that they love…
Everyone used gas in WWI, not just the Germans.

“I can already see the scene,” he said, chuckling. “Elena says, ‘Where do we go now, Drake?’ And he’s like, ‘THE MOON.’ And then Sully’s in the background saying, ‘You’re goddamned right we’re going to the moon, kid.’”

Bloodborne! EDF 4.1 when it comes out! DMC: DE! Magicka 2! Space Marine! Tomb Raider! All the things!
Haha. Thats the best joke I have heard all day.
Who gives a fuck about what Anita thinks anyway?
What made me love Trails in the Sky is that it goes out of its way to be a fully realized world. Practically all the NPC’s have names and their own personal conversations to have. The character party takes the time to have conversations with one another, like they are actually friends traveling together.
some people (like me) get upset when gone home comes up in a top 10 list like this because in our opinion it's not a very good game. You have other games like journey or transistor that involve more than going around a house looking at things.
I checked it out, i do get why you said they where hard to explain.
