It’s so close to the OT/PT era that nothing anyone does matters. Nothing galaxy-changing can happen. Nothing drastic can change or happen to the Jedi and almost all of the characters have no effect on the OT/PT. There’s just no narrative heft to it for me.

Something like Mando/Book of Boba is different because the ST

Do not tease me with more d’Onofrio Kingpin MCU, I can’t take it. He was so damn good.

Oh totally. I am not all that excited for House of T for those exact reasons. Was way more interested in the series set during the age of myth like 3-4k years before. Because it being so far back you can interested in their stories and you know very little about what actually happened other than the Night King didn’t

The timescale is so far in the past here that it doesn’t bother me as much (I tend to go back and forth on this depending on the property- like I am really struggling to care about the High Republic stuff in Star Wars, but the prequels never bother me in being prequels). But I generally agree, go forward rather than

Apologies, I took the broke up the band inference from:Everything you heard about Yoko Ono is true.”

Those movies are stone cold classics. Sure, the ending of Blazing Saddles is a bit flat, but the rest is perfect.

And Young Frankenstein is a hilarious love letter to classic horror. Both are quotable to a fault and crammed full with amazing performances.

You’re the first I’ve seen still saying Yoko broke them up after watching this. Everyone else I’ve seen says what the review says: it’s a myth debunked by this.

I agree with this 100%. That Loki would be in the perfect place to truly grow and change. He’d made the hard decision in Infinity War to die trying to save his brother. He had finally really turned the corner after Ragnarok. As fun as the arrogant Loki from Avengers is, they had to awkwardly shoehorn his character

Ward is the best. Hands down the absolute best. He redeems the entire show.

I will go to bat for Iron Fist. I enjoyed it. I enjoyed damn near all of it. People are way too hard on it.

40k is a mix of damn near everything in Sci-fi (and plenty of history, and fantasty to boot). That’s part of what makes it so fun.

GW is in a tough position in the sense that the 40k universe is what it is - monstrous, yet they are a business that wants to grow. And unless they change the nature of the Imperium and the basic underlying point of the setting, they have to walk that line that what’s in the setting is not what we want society to be

Please do!

Doesn’t Dune justify what Leto did though? His goal was to set humanity free on a path of self-determination free from messiahs and such extreme control.

And the series gets there with the birth of people immune to future seeing (and Herbert’s claim that the series woudl have ended with the rise of a democracy). I

Based on the reports, her issue was not with Feige, but with Disney itself, and apparently Feige was pissed at Disney for it getting to the point where she sued. So I could easily see her still being willing to work with Feige.

“Killing” Malgus the way they did, in like the first max level dungeon at launch, was probably the number one mistake they made (out of many) early on in the game. The most recognizable character they’ve got, the star of the cinematic, and they just off him (down a shaft like Palpatine). It was like 8 years before

All poor Nate wanted was someone to love. So of course he’ll do whatever he can to keep it when he finds it.

It’s fascinating that she’s distancing herself from a documentary where I’ve seen nothing but a positive reception towards her and what she reportedly expresses in the documentary.

Also, after the last 6 years, the “X is wrong/distorted/false, but I’m not gonna offer any specifics” denial doesn’t cut it anymore,

I can’t beleive I forgot the “to be a dick” option.

Is there anybody who refuses to say whether they are vaccinated who either is already vaccinated or doesn’t have a political incentive to not reveal it (Like some of these Right-Wing news people)?

Because it feels like everyone else says: “Yeah, I’m vaccinated.” And then moves on with their life.

I think Cosmic stuff works best the less Earth or its Earth-bound heroes are involved. (outside massive crossover events like Infinity War/Endgame)
