Would anyone at all care if they just ret-coned all the Bay movies at this point? Just start over.

I don’t think I’ve seen any of the originals and the show is still brilliant on its own merits.

My guess would be the baby stuff in the nightclub was done purely for promotion for the new season.

This is also colloquially known as “The Rickety Cricket Paradox”.

I miss when voice acting was more of a specialty. People like Frank Welker and Peter Cullen are heroes of mine. And too often celebrity casting just doesn’t work that well.

Short answer: Emphatically yes.

Longer answer: In the Disney era of star wars, they have done quite a lot to show just how horrifically powerful Vader is. Prior to that there wasn’t nearly as much exploration of Vader’s power. Multiple storylines in the comics have gone out of their way to show the Vader can’t be

I have grown far less critical of the prequels as time goes on.

Quite a lot of the timeframes in ANH that were hinted at just don’t make sense with the prequels. They more hint at the Empire being around for about 40+ years rather than about 20ish.

You frankly have to just ignore it.

He was the best character by the end of s1.

See it’s the opposite for me, Mormon was and is common where I grew up. And I still have to remember the new emphasis as described elsewhere in the thread when telling other people what church I belong to.

Danny is great when used well. I was so bummed I wouldn’t get to see he and Ward having globetrotting adventures in s3. (Ward was the best character in Iron Fist tho, apologies to Colleen, who was also awesome)

He’s a piece of shit for opposing this.

Emma Mackey and Rose Leslie????! I need to see this!

Feel like “I love you, Man” should have gotten a shout out here.

It was part of the buffet in the ones I went to. There’s just a dude cookin em up to desired doneness and handing em out.

The local Golden Corral closed during the pandemic. The closest thing we have is now Pizza Ranch. To be fair, I hadn’t eaten at that Golden Corral for years before it closed, but it was always nice to have the option........

It really was so much better than it should have been. And his go-for-broke, unhinged performance was a big part of that.

Wrong Ward lol.

The big issue is that back in the day there was enough resources for the AV Club to cover this stuff plus tons of stuff that was interesting and worth checking out. This place is being hallowed out a little bit at a time. So it gets to the point where you ask if it’s worth it to cover this stuff while for example,

Reviews like this are fun! I have no interest in watching this dreck, but hearing why it’s so terrible is an interesting read and worth the click.
