Thank you so much for that comment, Miss/Ms/Mr/Dr Literal. You have quite literally missed the point. But you have been pedantic unecessarily, yet quite creatively, so I give you a star!

The investigatin leading tuoi the indictment was performed by the Texas Rangers, not particularly known as liberal.

Started with Nixon and the Southern Strategy. Gathered steam with Reagan. Perfected by Rush Limbaugh.

Then this may not be in the south because where there is a church, there is a bar nearby. :-)

Awwww.... I was just in Big Spring about a year ago and it’s even more fragrant than ever....

They would have been frolicking at Hyannisport.

And, as a genius budding attorney would remind us 70 years later very near to Harvard Square, the rules of haircare are simple and finite.

LOVE that movie!

She’s also quite awesome in Airport 75. ;-)

I’ve a bit of a crush on him in Grand Hotel. He’s a nice German bear of a guy in that film.

Wallace Beery and Una Merkel, queen of the wisecracks, might be fun.

I’m a car body and interior admirer. I go to the shows and museums to admire the styling of the body and to see if I can get a glimpse of times gone by via a pushbutton transmission on the steering wheel, a factory-installed 8-track deck, or a manual choke. True, but I’ve never seen mosquitoes react to other kinds of smoke like they do to mesquite. It’s like they’re instantly gone and they don’t return later when the fire burns down, like has happened when I’ve built fires out of pine or live oak. Or maybe it’s just me. Because I very much loathe it.

Yes, inquiring minds are curious!

In your defense —-

There’s a chain of schmancy ice cream stores in the Dallas area that sells just that. It’s called Sweet Cream, I think. I’ve never had it because they always have a flower-flavored ice cream, usually rose or lavender and those always made me very happy.

Me neither. I’m hoping the author is around and can explain. I was thinking about the Sunday morning pre-church rush for caffeine (particularly when close to a staid Methodist or Presbyterian church whose minister may tend to drone). Or maybe the Wednesday night post-church rush for sugary snacks after the Baptist
