Loved this episode and I expected to be underwhelmed by it. I've found Jon Snow and the whole North of the Wall storyline almost as uninteresting as Dany's slave-saving storyline but this episode actually made it all seem worth it. n.b. in dream-world, Ned Stark would have burst out of the pie just before Joffrey took his swing, snatched the Valarian sword back and screamed ''Revenge is a dish best served - COLD!'' before knocking his head off (Joffrey then does the cake dance headless, like a decapitated chicken), grabbing Sansa and riding off…

Loooooved the cake dance. Also hugely enjoyed Cersei momentarily acting like a kind reasonable person only to order all the leftovers to be taken out of the mouths of the poor and into the mouths of the dogs.

Don't think AV Club should have linked to the 911 call really. TMZ are scum and its disgraceful that they've put this up online.
