It might be hard to find a place that could cater taco bar for a 2-pizza sized meeting. Is that like 8 people? In my experience ordering taco bars (Chipotle, Qdoba, local catering companies) they won’t deliver a taco bar for such a small group.

Nice! Eating at places that are probably not actually restaurants was once an enthusiasm of mine. I enjoy the staff reactions when you try to order food, bordering from genuine confusion to outright belligerence.

As someone who dealt with a severely truant, and eventually drop-out, younger sister (and parents that acted like her school attendance wasn’t any of their responsibility)-I’m not mad at Kamala Harris and her truancy law. This might work for Mayo, as well. When placing office box lunches, I always ask for condiments on the side and that always works.

I think something is getting lost in translation between your order, the server and the kitchen. Maybe someone along the way is mis-remembering your order as “over easy”-try asking for you egg “well-done” It would stick in their memory better and they can’t confuse it with “over easy”.

That is a good idea, as that volcanic soil is great! But I think Idaho has a short growing season (shorter summers with cooler temperatures) that might not allow for the full flavor of the tomato to develop. Potatoes do well their because they can thrive in the cooler temperatures that make tomatoes shirk.

“Goomba” is kind of a racist thing to say. It’s rude and dismissive to all the Italian and Italian-American people who did not treat your mom abusively; which is all of them minus one. Just call that guy something else, there are so many other rude terms to choose from.

Yup, in my experience the people working in the gig economy believe that traditional jobs are for chumps. I guess the gig economy can be lucrative if you really hustle-but I still think the the reward for your effort would still be better in a traditional job.
