So, in other words, coming to a Civic near you?

Does this mean that there's a good chance its a rental car?

Here are some pics I took when I was in Japan a few months back.

Just to refresh our memory, here's a picture of one with a trademark "Oops, I pressed the wrong pedal and reverse into a lamp post while parking" it'll-buff-right-out:

1994-2010 Toyota Corolla, base model, beige in colour, with the 4-speed automatic, cloth seats, no A/C, 15" steelies with plastic hubcaps, and no power windows/locks.

I like the sound system in my Volt - sure its a BOSE system, but the fact that the car is silent, I don't have to blast out tunes or worry about engine noise.

Wow, a lot of assumptions here. I am not complaining about the car - I really enjoy it, I just am disappointed in the rust for a 2004 car. Really not sure if this is bait, but I suppose I'll take it. Mazda does have a 6 year rust warranty, so if any current owners have some rust issues and are within 6 years, I'd

Here's the thing I've noticed. The 2004-2006 models were much more common to have rust. The 2007-2009 models are much better, but there is still a chance if you don't rustproof it. The 2010+ current smilie 3's are too early to tell.

City roads and highway in Toronto, Canada.

Canada, more specifically Toronto and north of Toronto is where I usually drive around. While we don't get as much snow as other regions, they use a ridiculously large amount of salt/brine on the roads, which doesn't help.

It's sad that I know what you mean. I own a 2004 Mazda3 hatch, it is a fantastic first car, looked great, preppy 2.3L engine, tons of space in the rear, a lot of features you only start getting nowadays like auto headlights/wipers, etc.

Well, time to schedule another trip to Japan to collect Slyveon.

Okay, let me re-phrase that, if my eyes aren't looking at the buttons, its a free-for-all in regards to what button on the dash I push ;)

The Volt's been my DD for the past 2+ years, if I close my eyes I still have no idea where all the buttons are.
