Agree, I’m surrounded by youngs at work who are practically having a life crisis cause they didn’t reach their goal of married by 25. And the 30th birthday milestone? They just talk about all the family pressure to get married, and how all their friends are married. It’s sad, they don’t realize it’s just not the end…

Met new boyfriend after breaking up with my boyfriend of 7 years. Whirlwind courtship, I fell hard, he made me feel appreciated and so loved. 5 months in, he’s talking marriage. He moved in with me after Thanksgiving. Christmas, he proposed and I accepted.

Yassssss! I just watched this again last night on Amazon Prime! I forgot how much I loved this movie. I was talking about it at work this morning and at least 2 peeps my age said they’d never seen it.

That is frustrating, esp if you’ve worn the same outfit before and for whatever reason, this was the day they had a problem with it.

That sounds like a great find! I too bought an old house and all the hard work is worth it! I have 3 more rooms to do, but I’m not in any hurry and am taking a break until after the holidays. I’ve had my fill of plaster repair, stripping and staining woodwork, and painting for this year. :)

Well what’s wrong with that? I do the same under skirts or dresses, it stops my thighs from chafing/sweating (sorry if TMI). I think I would’ve been pissed, it’s not like you flashed a thong.

EHarmony, OKCupid, Match, I felt like I wasted endless time scrolling, liking, and messaging to scrounge up a flipping date. And then, no shows. Or this, what you described. They show up and it either quickly it turns into dullsville (which sucks cause you worked so hard to get there!) or they start dropping innuendos…

Definitely sounds like a ticking time bomb. Just seems like this dog could become a story like the ones you hear about that somehow get out of the apartment and then kill an elderly neighbor who is just trying to unlock their door and get into their apartment.

This is awful. Bi-polar disorder often surfaces in young adults during this time. My university had a 24hr counseling hotline, outreach, and psychologists on staff available because they had one too many incidents of suicide attempts and addiction with what was found to be bi-polar or manic depressive students.…
