Anchovies (and fish sauce!) make almost everything taste better: stir-fries, pasta sauce, soups, ice cream, popsicle sticks...if I can find an excuse to use 'em, I will. I also get them on my pizza which 1) makes it SO DELICIOUS and 2) keeps my roommates from eating my pizza.
