Bitumen is the preferred nomenclature in the UK, from where the author is from if I'm not mistaken.

There is equipment to recycle asphalt in-place. It's expensive, so usually only larger contractors have the means purchase or subcontract it out.

This. A ton of binder may cost $400-500, but you're only using 4-5% binder for a ton of asphalt concrete that costs $60-$90.

As far as shaving creams go, Every Man Jack is awesome. Goes on smooth, a little goes a long way, and the unscented actually smells like nothing. It does clog a bit on a safety razor, but not a dealbreaker. Plus it's cheap.

I had to reset my password at Ally this week. After forgetting ALL of my login info, security questions, etc., the CSR told me everything I missed and still offered to reset my password and security questions and answers.

Saw one just like it about a month ago in western Oklahoma. Pretty amazing. The dirt's pretty damn red out this way.
