I have no interest in seeing the movie and I think the screenwriter is a racist tool, but an 80 percent on RT and 70 percent on Metacritic is hardly divisive. Just because your critic didn’t like it doesn’t change that fact.

I’m genuinely curious: how does Person of Interest fit in this model? It was such a weird - and at the same time not - show for CBS.

I mean, io9 is basically AV Club from a few years ago, so that doesn’t surprise me.

CM Punk was fired by the WWE on their wedding day.

From what I could gather, Fisk owns the building that he’s “imprisoned” in, so I imagine it wouldn’t be too hard to have his goons sneak a laptop and phone in there (or maybe one of the FBI dudes is on his payroll). I know there’s some logical inconsistencies with this, but it didn’t really bug me all that much.

This show just gets better and better. Can’t wait for the reaction to next week’s episode, though. I won’t spoil it for anyone, but it’s personally one of my favorite episodes of the whole season.

I don’t really understand how it was cheap. Upon a second watch, it’s clear they were foreshadowing it the whole time. Personally, I thought the cliffhanger elevated the show from good to great.

Should have known A.V. Club wouldn’t care for BTBAM’s new album, especially considering how acclaimed it is elsewhere. You guys have become the pinnacle of contrarian-for-contrarian’s-sake.
