Good list! I agree with all your picks.

Couldn’t have said it better myself. Volvospeed is an excellent way to deter someone from getting into Volvos. I’m a member there but i rarely if ever even log on or post at all. I mainly am on swedespeed since I own a V50 these days and have sold all my P80s.

Crack pipe.

Thanks alot, Raphael. Now I really, really want an E12 5 series.

Can’t say i blame the driver. If I had a Saturn Ion I’d want to drown it too. What an awful car.

Uh, yes please!

Ah the Volvo 855. I used to have a 1996 855 Turbo wagon and it was simultaneously my favorite car out of all the ones I have owned and also the biggest pain in the ass as well.

Few years back I was selling a 2003 Lexus ES300 w/ 110k mi on craigslist. The car was in very good shape both physically and mechanically as I was a Toyota/Lexus tech for the 4 years I owned the car so it always received servicing on time with genuine OEM parts. I had the car priced well below book value at $6000usd

Easy. The W210 E Class.

It’s inoffensive, safe, practical, reliable, cheap to maintain and great on fuel. You can have it in any configuration from

Volvo’s Lime Grass Green Metallic. Was only offered in the 2010 model year and usually was found with a black interior with green accents. I don’t particularly hate it but it sure drew the ire of the Volvo buyers. Hardly any were sold this color, hence it only lasted one year.

Having lived in the Baltimore area my whole life, this fails to surprise me in the least.

“Volvo Hips”

I just hate the lack of variety in most car shows. Everything seems to focus on muscle cars and hot rods. Not every car guy dreams of a 32 Ford or a Hemi ‘cuda. Lets see more content involving classic European or Japanese machinery and I’d at least attempt to watch it. Until then, I guess its Top Gear UK re-runs,
