4 door sports car!
I like this bodystyle of maxima, as well as the generation before and after. They're reliable, well built and pretty exciting to drive for a midsize family car especially if you can locate a SE model with the 5MT.

Wow that actually looks pretty good. Very european look to it which is no suprise considering the Italian influence. I think if Chrysler really puts alot of effort into this car, which from the design it seems like they will, this car will be a huge hit for them. I really feel that Chrysler has been trying to build…
You aren't alone. I dont like it at all either.
Very odd considering I love both Saab and Ford. Just not together in one vehicle.
I agree with you! 103 years of continuous operation is nothing to sneeze at. Many innovations from Oldsmobile are still affecting the way cars and engines are built! And yes I agree out of all the GM brands Olds was always the most innovative and in my opinion had the best engines and best vehicle designs. It must…
Yes! massive 455 V8 crammed into a gorgeous 60's-early 70's Olds is surely near the top of my list of dream cars! I miss when Olds was a performace brand known for high quality and advanced engine tech. They were one of the most awesome brands of all time IMHO.
Yes! The Olds Jetfire 1962-1963! Worlds first production Turbocharged engine! It was also linked to an all aluminum V8 and had water/alcohol injection (aka turbo rocket fuel) all in the early 60's! Oldsmobile was the epicenter of GM engine tech for many years and in my opinion made the best GM engines during the times…
Well they already killed Oldsmobile and Pontiac, 2 storied GM brands with a ton of history. What's to stop them killing Buick and GMC which are seemingly extraneous brands at this juncture?
Damn you GM. First Oldsmobile, then Saab, then Pontiac and now Holden too?
Looks like something expensive that is known for reliability and that has been rendered blue instead of standard issue beige
I'd just like to point out that I still harbor ill feelings towards GM because they killed Oldsmobile, Saab and Pontiac. They are making decent product these days, but they killed off 3 well loved brands with heritage and cost the taxpayers $12 billion. Granted having GM go under and having all those Americans lose…
Oh hell motherfucking yeah. I work at a Volvo dealer and I got the press release in an email yesterday and I saw the pics. I can't wait to drive one of these as soon as we get one! Who knows maybe I'll end up with one in my driveway soon. I cannot put into words how excited I am for this car and the V60 in general. As…
Three words.
Electronic. Parking. Brake.
The "humpback Volvo" or the PV444/544/duett wagon series from the 50s-60s. It was marketed as an economy family car to compete against the beetle but it cost only slightly more, got comparable fuel economy was roomier, more comfortable, safer, and had twice the power of the beetle plus better handling thanks to its…
The old bitch should have died. Its called natural selection. If you're 76 years old and can't operate and control a vehicle by now then you have no business behind the wheel.
I voted for the GS purely because it's a much more passable "luxury" sedan.
The Vigor nonetheless is an oddball vehicle and quite a rarity these days. I wouldn't mind having one as a spare car actually, provided the cost of the car was cheap as dirt. My uncle had a funky green 94 Vigor when I was younger, but his was a…
I love you guys for including the legendary Volvo white block T5 B5234T engine from my 855 turbo on this list!
Actually it says 20mpg for my engine and I've been getting 25+ continuously, and that's with a heavy right foot and 217k miles worth of wear! I guess these cars are as rugged as Volvo claims!
