My vote goes to the Need for Speed Most Wanted M3

The R34 is a legend largely because of Gran Turismo. And my homer pick are the cars in Top Gear (SNES), my favourite game as a kid. Awesome soundtrack; the white was the best car for beginners and the powerful but thirtsy LeBaron knockoff was the best for experienced drivers.

I still want Toyota to win this. The TS040s were fucking quick last year.
