If its really that far out,I would by far prefer them to just not say anything at all. No announcements, no teases, just straight up nothing. 6 months to a year from release should be the accepted window

There’s something unsettling about cases like this when you’re mid-way through your 30s. I fully understand that this is just the point we’ve reached with AAA gaming, exponential dev times and exponential dev costs. But just knowing that when the next title in your favorite franchise is going to launch, whether it’s…
Getting real sick and tired of seeing trailers for games that are still 6+ years out.
Do what Fallout 4 did: Say absolutely nothing, then tell me in June that it’s coming out in November.
Only the first few, and then they’re going to throw that out in favor of a loading screen.
It honestly sounds like you’re not even trying. Even a cursory glance at gameplay from either one should be enough for you to see the difference... they’re nothing alike.
The distance between the years sure does shrink as you get older, huh? My wife has forbidden me from informing her anymore how old the stuff we used to watch is.
Every time I hear about this I think it’s just way too soon. Then i realize that at this point it’s been 20 years since the SyFy one started, which means almost has much time has passed between now and that version as had passed between the original’s last season and the start of the reboot.
That’s basically what I felt watching it as well. First Metal Gear Solid trailer I’ve ever seen that felt aggressively BORING. None of the classic Hideo-brand sensationalism and excitement. Not even a single moment from the story, or even a character speaking a single word. It all feels very dead. I don’t think…
I think it’s more of a tech demo for the Unreal engine than a trailer for the game.
You’re all talking about a real human being’s face. A face that, to me, looks perfectly lovely and characterful.
doesn’t make sense to only have miles do it, he’s half puerto rican and zero percent wakandan. stop dividing (and grouping) shit by skin colour.
The only last-gen game I can think of that pulled off an almost instant fast-travel feat on PS4 was “Ghost of Tsushima”. But the fact that the landscape detail was reduced compared to other games (offset by the specifically chosen art-style) probably helped with that.
What other last-gen open world games had…
Want to list some of the “multiple last gen” open-world games that have instant fast travel?
I mean, Kid Goku in GT was pretty popular, so were Trunks and Goten when they were introduced in the Buu Saga as kids. Toriyama has already integrated quite a bit from GT and the non-cannon Dragonball stuff into Dragonball Super, Broly immediately comes to mind.
But now you have smash n grabs in LA at an alarming rate, and they can’t get prosecuted now, or let go the same day, so what’s the point in even having cops? You either make laws that give citizens the right to use force to defend property, or you just let it happen...ah but this was in 2017 so I guess that’s a moot…
My god, that’s lazy. And I mean “Poochie died on the way to his home planet” lazy. I personally didn’t love the tech-y parts of BotW so whatever, but if you’re going to have such a weak answer, maybe just don’t give an answer at all.
I mean, fine I guess? It isn’t something that bothered me. But the explanation kinda screams “cop out excuse” lol.
Plus, the game was an unknown gamble back then, too. The video game voice acing ‘industry’ was in its infancy. CD based games with the ability to have full voiced characters was less than 4 years old since the PS1 came out in 1994 and MGS was in development starting in 1995 with release in 1998. Previously, any…
So many are against CC and their AI stuff and say its off topic. It shows you never watched their videos then as they said AI is part of being a visual effects artists. It’s another tool for people in the field to use. Lets face it, the hate just comes from boomer type minded people who don’t like progress.…
It’s not like Twitter is making money. They don’t have any advertisers. And the ones that do want to advertise you would "not see" coming.
