There’s an app for that. But seriously, IDK about you but avoiding the people at work sounds like a bonus perk to me.

I eat at my desk for a few minutes and spend the rest of the time outside. Usually for a walk or to go read. On really nice days this summer I even ate outside.

I consider 2 grand to be a lot of money, personally. And it’s not an unreasonable estimate for people who eat out every day. I try to pack at least 3 days a week, and when I do, I cap the cost of my packed lunches at around $3-$4 each but it can easily be even less than that if I’m eating leftovers.

But then you can take the savings and go out to meet them on weekends. Or you could take your lunch to the park.

It really is that much. Most days I hit up a place for lunch and it costs me around $11. Then as I am coming back to work I stop by Starbucks and grab a drink to have at my desk. Easily $16 per day, times 5 days, times 52 weeks.....$4160
