More water. Actually I don’t know the percentage in the soup. But it takes 50 gallons of water to make one can of soup. The river right next to the place goes into an on site water purification plant.

I used to make the soup blending it together at the kettles up until about 2 years ago. I have no idea what their soup costs as I didn’t buy any of it for more than $1 a case (employee price) and even then I didn’t buy it. But I can say there isn’t anything low quality about the ingredients. Vegetables come in fresh,
