She did fall in love with a space lizard once. To be fair, she was a space lizard too.

This is why I always loved the old Microprose MTG game that came out in the late 90's for the PC. You had access to the entire card library and could build as many decks as you wanted and test them out against a wide variety of opponent decks, or even against your own decks.

1. No Country For Old Men
2. O Brother, Where Art Thou?
3. Fargo
4. Barton Fink
5. Raising Arizona

Uh, I just dislike that song. I feel it is very out of place on the
album. Compared to the other tracks on ATOTT, all of which are really fantastic, it stands out in an unflattering way. That probably says more about the strength of the album than the song itself.

Foxtrot has to go into the top three just for "Supper's Ready". Trick of the Tail would be a perfect album sans "Robbery, Assault & Battery". Duke is very strong and consistent throughout the whole album. Totally agree with SEBTP to be in the #1 spot.

Holy fuck, yes….combine this feature with AV Undercover, please (especially after the recent unpleasantness that was the last season of AVU)!

Better call Saul!

Heisenberg.

Winter, slumbering in the open air, wears on his smiling face, a dream of spring. Ciao!

Aww…liked for heartwarming mother and offspring story!

Thank you. That is the funniest Chris Elliot line in the movie… or possibly ever.

I could see Geena Davis working as Rita, perhaps quite well. To wit, the aforementioned Quick Change, a fine Murray / Davis pairing.

Kingsley's character is supposed to be half-Māori, which I guess explains the tattoos. What it doesn't explain is why Ben Kingsley was cast to play a half-Māori character.

The AV Club

Great stuff! I have to ask why is the audio itself is not offered (when it's not a phone / e-mail interview) when you post these interviews, whether it's  Random Roles or Hatesong, etc, because sometimes the plain text loses dimension / texture in the translation, as it were. Just curious.

I had high hopes for the Sci-Fi channel in the late 90s / early 00s, especially when the Dune miniseries came out. Now it wasn't that great (the follow up Children of Dune was arguably much better), but it was so promising that a television network was giving money to people who wanted to expand the frontiers of

Thank you. The self-absorbed smug "cleverness" of the hosts always sets
me on edge; it makes me doubly resentful because the subjects they
choose are of real interest to me, but I can't pierce through their veil
of twee bullshit to get to the actual science.

*Oh man, I just realized that Uncle Jack is the same actor who played Buck in Kill Bill. That's the greatest thing after seeing these last two episodes because now I can picture Uma Thurman smashing his head with a door over and over again for murdering Hank and for just being a goddamn rapey slimeball.
