I arrested a young man on a dirt bike that loved people like you who authorize their payment, start pumping, and then go inside. He would roll up on his dirt bike, fill up on their dime, and be long gone when they came out.

I don’t have time to research Michigan’s policies for government employees, but I am pretty sure as a member of that school he has a duty and obligation to look out for the safety of students and report any wrong doing he may become aware of to proper authorities.

I would take my normal exit and not continue to escalate the situation. I would also contact LEO if I felt threatened, and continue driving until they were able to intervene.
