See, I’m the one convincing my parents that they need to spend more than $10 on a chef’s knife. I won a Wusthof nikiri knife a few years ago from a cooking blog I follow and it has CHANGED. MY. LIFE. Seriously. I cook at home SO MUCH MORE because I have a sharp-as-shit, perfectly balanced knife to work with.

THIS is my life goal - replace all my pans with All-Clad or Le Creuset (or bare cast iron) and all my knives with Wusthof. (siiigh, Wusthof...)

And you do! I have a couple All Clad pans, and they make such a huge difference.
