okay but like.

I sort of hope they start with the same Mail Chimp commercial. It really became part of the experience to me.

I really hate this concept people have of our bodies being filled with unnamed “toxins” ready to kill us at any moment, and in order to ensure our survival, we have to go out of our way to “flush” them.

I’m from PA and I support this message. Although I’ve been away for a while I’m always happy to hear when good things happen, and sad when bad things happen. Did the state pass a law making it legal to discriminate? It’s hard to keep up sometimes.

If Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard don’t make it, I will legit cry. It’s too sad to even think about.

Yes I agree w Eleanor

change dot org petition to start referring to the jezebel dot com comment section as “A Place for Whorship”

It’s like Florida, frozen into an ice cube.

if country music is a salad, men are the lettuce and women are just tomatoes.

Wait, women are the tomatoes and men are the lettuce? So men are the bland, featureless filler that makes up most of the salad, while women are the tasty stuff that I actually want?

Huh... given that I could see any campaign try to cover it up if they felt the perp was “essential” to the campaign, I really don’t have any solid guesses as to which campaign it could be.

Just tell me that your salsa isn’t made in New York City.

That’s amazing. :) I live in the ‘gentrification zone’ of the old airport. On the one hand, I’m happy because I was able to get a bad ass house in a bad ass neighborhood through an Affordable Housing program. The downside is that the property values are effecting the rest of the side of town adversely. But our HEB is

this. this. this.

Ha, the passion isn’t wine inspired, just the Eeyore-like fatalism :)

I lived in Austin for 8 years and just moved a year ago to a smaller, more redneck Texas city so I miss Austin. But yeah, it’s not paradise and so true about the bike friendliness, in the time that I lived there I knew 3 people who were hit by cars and I witnessed probably 5 or more car/bike accidents.

“Pre School.”

That’s so true. I’m glad someone is saying it. I had no idea that they wer oppressing people with public transportation there, though. That makes me queasy. Portland is becoming disgustingly gentrified too. sure the transit goes everywhere and it’s bike friendly, but “progress” tends to mean “move the brown people

Actually, the transit does run east/west but it could certainly be better. :)
