I think the best way to show Ramsay screwing with Jon and Rickon would be to show Rickon running like Alan Arkin in The In Laws, Ramsay missing, Jon almost saving him, then Ramsay giving the order to every archer in his army to finish the job. Adds another nice layer of dickishness on it all.
