Rangers fan here - i don’t get it either: Simmons is yet another right-handed bat in and extremely right-heavy lineup (at least Aybar was a SH), and his offense is regressing pretty rapidly. Yes, the Angels need glovework in their infield, but at what cost? Now they’ve got NO farm system.
