Seeeeeeeriously. I’m pissed at Weiner for forcing fucking Megan on us. She was the worst part of that show, and more Megan screen time meant less Betty screen time.

Yes, I almost fell off the show because of Megan.
I love both of you.
Uh, except she was literally having sex on the job. That’s not a moral judgment issue, that’s a professionalism issue. If they did it on their own time, that’s one thing (which could still be grounds for firing, depending on policy) but they did it at work. During work. Come on with your silly lax moral argument.…
He is on my “hall pass” list lmao. I’ve loved him since Can’t Buy Me Love & Loverboy.
All that other stuff sounds great, but I notice you don’t mention if they provide pregnancy counseling. If they do, I don’t give a shit about what other needed services they offer. I only care about whether they lie to vulnerable women about the risks of abortion to put pressure on them to make a particular choice.
She insisted that I needed to get an ultrasound beforehand, because she wanted to make sure the pregnancy was “viable.”
...Is it 2015? Why am I looking at a video of Ja Rule?
In the years since, he has been a reliable producer of out-of-touch, tissue-thin pronouncements on the perils of our secularized, technologized 21st century lives, virtually all of which rightly can be interpreted as passive-aggressive nostalgia for what Family Circus comics told him “outdoors” might have been like…
The “OMG! Spaz” line is absolutely my favorite. New England: Where you can find guys who talk like 13 year old girls.
“More probable than not” is the actual legal standard for finding civil liability in every court, you fucking dolt.
I’d rather people just judged me on my personality and my character and my integrity.
Gotta love how Don Lemon, who seemingly never has any understanding of what it means to be a member of the press, is saying “It’s not worth it” to a fellow reporter insisting that freedom of the press should exist.
Oh Don Lemon (sigh), do please shut the fuck up.
Considering the cops arrested Kevin Moore, who filmed the Freddie Gray arrest yesterday, it seems clear they want to make sure there are no witnesses to any of their actions. Their arrest of Kevin Moore was pure intimidation, plain and simple. Cops are pissed right now that 6 of their own are being charged.
No, you were not. You used the wrong word. It is precedent, jackwagon.
I gotta say — your interpretation of what the Best Evidence Rule is certainly doesn’t fit the ones judges use when I’m in court every day. Best Evidence Rule basically prefers an original document over a copy, but allows a copy if it is the only thing available.
Also: Hearsay doesn’t mean inadmissible. And saying what…
Oh my god that is not at all what the best evidence rule is.
You’re asking a guy who said “would of” instead of “would have” if he understands the difference between witness testimony and hearsay.
If your statement were a stat sheet it would be 0 and 2...1. the statement is not hearsay if presented by the child in court...2. even if not presented by the child it would not be excluded under the best evidence rule...the rule is one of exclusion not inclusion. Good try at throwing around big words though...
