I used to do construction landscaping so I kind of understand the sentiment here, but also brain taxing computer work is almost as bad as manual labor is sometimes.

I think some of these places are just doing 32 hour 4 day weeks so it’s still only 8 hour days. I did 32 hour 5 day weeks when I worked a union landscaping job and it was pretty decent. Cutting the work day by an hour was honestly nicer than an extra whole day off at 40 hours a week seems like it would be.
I think the courts went pretty hard on him specifically because he knew what he was doing constituted piracy and selling pirated materials made it worse. He also conspired with two others who weren't in the US and would definitely not get extradited for it so they kinda threw the book at him. It sets a pretty hard…
I just saw this. There was a super interesting concept about an FBI fixer who gets caught up in a Jason Bourne type agents mistake but instead they kind of just say fuck it and make a really boring and stupid movie.
Considering how little internet speeds have increased for the general public since the Halo 2 days, people should be used to these issues by now.
That game needs a sequel
They’re adding 48 fucking courses. Nobody has time to remaster/remake every one of those... Of course they’re gonna use the MK Tour versions.
It’s Kirby's 30th anniversary this year so probably some announcements there
Looks good
Putt Putt Saves the Zoo on switch let's fucking goooooooo!!! Already pre-ordered it. Also I grabbed Olli Olli world and I'm hoping I can finish it before Horizon Forbidden West comes next week
Shovel Knight was a near perfect game to me and now they're doing a Link's Awakening style Castlevania-ish game? Yes please
Bf3 was an absolute mess on PS3 when it launched. I remember 4 being a lot smoother. I think Bad Company 2 was the last battlefield game to launch without major issues and even then Battlefield 2 was a messy launch
They really should bring Portal stuff into the main game. 2042 Rush mode is pretty much the only thing I play outside of a quick all out war match
I’m honestly having a decent time with it currently. Yes, it needs more maps and the specialist system is dumb but the core game is pretty good when everything comes together. They've fixed a lot of the major launch glitches but it's still a long ways away from where it should have launched
Pretty much. Bungie can easily pitch a Destiny tie in show or movie to Sony now without having to jump through a bunch of contract stuff first. I'm assuming the cash infusion from the sale will help them a lot as well
Oh nice I’ll check if my branch has it. I haven’t seen every episode in the series, but having just finished watching the entire series of Wings and Cheers I’m in the mood for some older sitcoms with a little rougher edges
Dying light was a very good "grab on sale for 20 bucks" game so I'm probably going to wait and do the same for the sequel. Also don't want to start anything yet because there's an absolute bomb of game releases coming in the next three weeks
Technically Halo 1 framed Chief as the last surviving Spartan after reach fell but that was all retconned pretty quick
Yeah the CGI doesn't really look like it matches the games very well. Trailer looked like a very competent fan film kind of thing. I really don't have much hope for what the plot is going to be either
I’m still trying to find WKRP streaming somewhere with the original music but it seems almost impossible to get a good quality version. Hopefully Hulu or somebody grabs the rights even if it's only for a few months
