Anyone that brags about the number of guns they have should not be allowed to own guns.

The police hat been dispatched to this home three times for suicide attempts. And they keep the guns?

This is exactly the point! Guns make everything in a family more dangerous—they dramatically increase this risk of domestic murders, suicide, family violence of all kinds. And quite honestly, I'm not sure I'd really want to shoot some kid who broke into my house to steal my TV. It's not worth it.

They make suicide more dangerous. Suicidal people are more likely to try and go through with it if there is a gun in the house.

Exactly. She apparently posted about how tragic it would be if legislation robbed her of the ability to protect her family. I see that tragedy and raise you this.

Yes, we can apply it to a lot of things. “Everyone is a responsible banana eater until suddenly they aren’t.”

Everyone is a responsible gun owner until, you know, suddenly they aren’t.

All responsible gun owners are responsible gun owners right up until they aren't. Weird how that works.

It would be horribly tragic if my ability to protect myself or my family were to be taken away, but that’s exactly what Democrats are determined to do by banning semi-automatic handguns.

He’s 16, she’s 15, and by all accounts it was consensual.

Shit, this breaks my heart.

Also, it’s a fucking fast-fashion clothes store. They pay minimum wage and sell hotpants and bustier tops. They’re not really in the position to require a full skirt suit and a neat bun.

The only real way I can see braids being unprofessional is if they are some full on Hit Me Baby One More Time school girl type of shit. Other than that, they typically look very sleek and professional without being boring like a typical ponytail.

I work in retail, and I can’t imagine having a problem with her hair. Dress code at my store wouldn’t have a problem with it. And store management wouldn’t be that stupid, either. I hope.

I feel like anything that is neat and clean is professional. Bright dies may be too much for places like law firms and financial institutions but IMO as long as the color is well maintained it can still look professional.

Her hair looks cute. I'm not seeing the unprofessional because it looks neat and clean to me. I think braids are professional.

I see white girls with braids working at Zara every damn time I go to one. I’ll bet my ass there isn’t a “no braids” policy.

As someone who has been to Zara locations, a few of them in Toronto, (Yorkdale and Eaton Centre, specifically), WTF kind of ‘clean, professional’ look are they going for? Each location I’ve been in has always been TRASHED, and the employees are running between assisting customers and answering the phones. Looks to me

So, besides being a trendy knock-off brand,
they now also officially OPPOSE beautiful & stylish hairstyles?

goddamnit.
