Yup. That’d be a pretty risky situation on cruises where the itinerary includes multiple consecutive at-sea days or when the ports of call are in places where access to emergency or even just oral contraception is limited or restricted.

What if someone is sexually assaulted and needs Plan B and there is none?
Since when has having sex in time off been “fucking all over the ship”? You seem very angry and judgemental about this. Is there something else bothering you?
We worked about 14 hours a day. There’s limited space available in crew cabins and in luggage when we travel.
Not to discount the needs of employees, but isn’t it possible guests on the ship might need access to contraceptives? Do guests not get access anymore either? How would one make these available to guests while denying employees? How desperate would an employee have to be to approach a guest to sneak them these…
1. Do you think these people work 24/7?
So far more women haven’t come out of the woodwork to accuse Luke of being anything more than an asshole.
It’s pretty simple. Most sexual assault claims are true, so statistically, it’s more likely that Kesha is telling the truth.
Okay well my friend was raped by a guy who has no other women claiming he raped them. Should I just not believe her because of some fucking personal rule you have that somehow rape only happens if the rapist commits the act on multiple victims? You are the reason people like my friend did not even bother with…
But now imagine that you wrote this same exact thing about a robbery-a young man who accuses his producer of drugging him and stealing a large sum of money. The victim is a prominent pop singer.
How stupid does this sound:
‘I personally have a rule...if someone has been accused of driving drunk, then [sic] I’m going to judge the man guilty.’
‘I personally have a rule...if someone has been accused of human trafficking three times, then I’m going to judge the man guilty.’
‘I personally have a rule...if someone…
So what you’re saying is that it’s okay to rape as long as it only happens once, maybe twice if the attacker is famous?
I don’t understand why you don’t assume that any woman/victim is telling the truth or that you should be concerned about Dr Luke’s reputation. If he really is innocent- his rep will be just fine.
Kesha told a lawyer in late 2005 that Luke had raped her and that she had suffered other kinds of abuse. I think people would be more likely to believe her if they knew more of the history of this case.
Why would it be unusual when you just said the difference yourself? Women he doesn’t have power over have less to lose by coming forward, meaning they’d be more likely to do so. Even if a woman he does have power over decides to come forward, he or the people he works with can frighten her into retracting.
From my experience as a cop many women recant their stories for whatever reason, and I can’t judge that.
Yes, apparently she had near-perfect SAT scores and was accepted to Barnard before Dr. Luke convinced her to drop out of high school and get a GED: http://www.npr.org/templates/stor…
I had the misfortune of replying to this troll, as well, but I would recommend not replying to him anymore. Mr. “Kingofthegreys” has exactly three comments under his belt and it’s all about Kesha. He’s probably Dr. Luke posing as a commenter, or at the very least a rape apologist. I would suggest not engaging anymore.
She got a 1500 (out of 1600) on her SATs and she was going to go to Barnard until Dr. Luke and Max Martin offered her a record deal and convinced her to drop out of high school two months before graduation.
I honestly don’t get what Sony’s end game is here. I understand their financial stake in this very successful producer, and in holding artists to contracts, but this is beyond messy. Are they hoping to permanently bar Kesha from making music and making her an example? Do they seriously think Kesha and Luke will have…
