I’m amazed that the Pokemon Company put out so much new Bidoof merch, expecting people would buy it*.

I found Devolution to feel a lot less like an oral history and a lot more straightforwardly narrated for the most part, so I think this seems a lot more filmable than World War Z.

I don’t personally think Galvantula is that cute but Joltik is objectively adorable

I’d also highly recommend The Kirlian Frequency. Kind of like an animated version of Welcome to Nightvale without all the pretension.

What also annoys me in an entirely different way: given the palindromic Pokemon names that exist like Alomomola and Girafarig, Impidimp feels like it should be one too but IS NOT.

I’m a court reporter and this transcript is kind of baffling to read even for me.

If you’re interested in the inner workings of the show, there’s a really great book on it called Answers in the Form of Questions by Claire McNear. Very fun and very informative.

Whiscash was a casualty of bad timing when it was featured in the anime, because an episode featuring it was supposed to air like a week or two after Japan was hit by a pretty bad earthquake.

That image for Slash/Back really made me think an adaptation of Paper Girls had been made without my knowing anything about it.

Every so often my girlfriend and I lament the death of this show. As an MLB fan I loved the attention to detail, and I thought it was a very progressive show beyond the central conceit. The episode where Ginny’s ex was going to share pictures of her “going wild” and the entire team backed her was amazing.

From my vague memories of this book, I don’t think you need to worry about something happening to Lisey’s hand, but you sure need to be worried about a different body part...

People hate this Pokemon so much in Sun and Moon that you can daily make a ton of money just by chucking them back into the water from the beach.

I’m surprised you didn’t talk about its resemblance to a certain bodily fluid!

Corto Maltese played pretty heavily into a few episodes in the Arrowverse as well. I think Thea trained there for a while with Malcolm Merlyn?

Trying to imagine some other Pokemon world conspiracy theories.

Americans will never understand how much we Canadians have to pay through the nose for new games these days.

I’m right there with you! I just started playing in earnest about a week ago and I’ve never felt more excited to do another run each time I die, even when I die another brutal death thanks to how jam-packed Asphodel is.

I bought Hades on sale about a month ago and have just been getting into it over the past week or so. I love the art and its sense of humour, and it’s not overly punishing in the sense that when I die, I feel like it’s on me and not the game being cheap. Very excited to see where it goes, once I can make it through

This article is covering one of my favourite Pokemon of all time! I have an inexplicable love for Delibird, but my all time favourite Pokemon is Hawlucha, and it’s been in my main party in every Pokemon game since it’s been introduced.
