What also annoys me in an entirely different way: given the palindromic Pokemon names that exist like Alomomola and Girafarig, Impidimp feels like it should be one too but IS NOT.

Every so often my girlfriend and I lament the death of this show. As an MLB fan I loved the attention to detail, and I thought it was a very progressive show beyond the central conceit.
