I feel like a Jeep truck wouldn’t be something that people would stretch to the towing limit a lot. Probably more for towing motorbikes/atvs/smaller boats/smaller trailers.

I drive a 3rd Gen, and it isn’t terrible to park generally. You just have to plan in advance more than you would with a car.
