Except we pay our workers real wages with real benefits. So yeah, if the Apple parts plants (yes, I know they do things other than apple stuff, bear with me), actually paid their employees a living wage... then yeah, I think it would be a great national feat.

I think from now on I'm going to look for this, remove the sign, close the hood, put my hands in my pockets, and slowly walk away.

One in which Toyotas are made here?

This only works if everyone is going to be responsible and drive slower. In thick fog, all it takes is one idiot doing 70.

My (limited) understanding is that it's a combination of the average reaction time (eyes to brain to foot) plus the average actual stopping distance (distance car travels at velocity X given braking power Y).

The average stopping distance at 40mph is 120 feet on dry pavement.

How long are you able to run at 17mph? :D

as someone who was on a work trip to England and got to experience this first hand (hey, it wasn't me... I was practically asleep), I can vouch for the "motor doesn't run well".

I thought those two were the same thing?

oh you!

I would totally pay $10 for a world-famous Biden Bundt Cake.

Shirtless VPs? maybe I should have voted for McCain...

I wonder what they would give for an old (but still working) neo-geo...

http://translate.google.com/#auto/la/iqecag has a text-to-speech thingy.

they're pronounced gifs, sheesh

I don't know how you would make it work... but still.

What about something stupid like this?

I prefer to think that my week is almost over... unless of course, your week starts today, and ends on Friday. I could totally get behind that.

you're not the only one. I suppose, it was the lack of exaggeration in the rest of the review (maybe I missed more :D)
