I enjoy AHS for the same reason I enjoy most Troma films. The only difference is I can't really tell if it's intentional or the writers' inability to bring cohesion to the various themes and elements.

I imagine UNIT being sort of the template for Torchwood which would only be reinforced by a Doctor Who crossover around that time.
Is there some unspoken war I don't know about between Doctor Who fans and Monty Python fans like Star Trek and Star Wars fans?
For some reason I just pictured O'brien filing his report with the title: I just infiltrated the Orion Syndicate and all I got was this mangy cat..
He's well on his way to recovery from his long, hunger-strike-in-a-box phase.
I stand corrected. But they still sound great. I couldn't tell the difference. There isn't much interpretive or overproduction and layering involved. It's pretty basic and respectful to the original then.
Is it Torchwood? Is it Warehouse 13? Is it The (other) Avengers?
Also one of my favorites from Carpenter's catalog. If you can still find it, HALLOWEEN: The Best of John Carpenter is highly recommended. It's got original recordings of all the essentials.
I think I see what you did there.
It's just like IGN. You won't see them at the top of the log-in/out screen. You have to actually select an article and then scroll down to the beginning of the community comments section to see your Notifications.
I hated it there too.
Good point and thanks for the head's-up. I guess they gotta pass the torch sooner or later.
True. We Fixed A Truck was good. It's cool to see more obscure characters get some much needed attention like Banana Man and Abracadaniel but none of them hit me with gut-splitting moments like The Pit did and never lost any of its momentum, either.
Compared to tonight's hilarious episode, it feels like I've been giving much of the last several weeks a pass. Glad to see AT get back on its feet after a seemly lull.
Poor guy. He wasn't even paid to begin with.
Watching Doctor Who crash land on a new companion always reminded me of the first 10 minutes of Time Bandits, as the young boy on both sides of the screen are swept away on an insane and dangerous adventure.
It stinks
Immediately followed by Preacher Talk with Chris Hardwick.
Agreed. I blame Apple.
Possibly a new meme?
Otho or No Go.
