But isn't that magazine French? And didn't KK say she wanted more privacy when she was eating and out with her family? Since she lives in the US I assumed that she meant 'privacy' in the sense that when she is out and about she doesn't want to be swarmed by fans or whomever. Doing a magazine cover shot isn't being…
Haha flip phones. I actually kind of miss them. I miss the draaaama. You could put a little sass in your hands when you flipped down that phone fast.
It's not so much about 'motherhood' as it is about getting active and healthy. Sheesh, save the issues for your analyst.
Stealing that. Thanks.
I knew it! I knew that this story would drive ovaries into overdrive and make this guy's attractiveness and dateability jump. HE HAS THE BEST CHICK (haha get it lol) STORY. And it's verified on a blog for women. CHA CHING, he just cashed in on poon city.
Same here, glad to know I am not the only one who thought it was horrible.
I completely agree, I think Laura Beck had good intentions but went completely off base and then into irresponsible territory, it's a shame too, because people do tend to freak out when their kids do something "naughty" but they forget we are a country of uptight puritans.... Anyways, that wasn't an expert she spoke…
the car under water is hurricane sandy, I think the wall is the fiscal cliff??
'give up drinking for at least 9 months'? LOLHOWABOUTNO just kidding but ya, I had a glass once in a while in my last trimester. WITH my Ob/GYN's blessing. And what a blessing it was. Holy mother of pearl.
I used to think I had PCOS, then I realized I was just fat, got heavy periods, and a chin hair every now and then.
the link goes nowhere, if you're going to jack a story from slate, at least have the link work.
I ... think I agree.
Okay.
Classism implies that people are discriminated against because they are poor ... But I'd rather not argue semantics. I guess my point is that for a lot of people, myself included, accepting an internship was a hardship on the entire family. So yes, with people with the means it is much MUCH easier but it is not…
I saved up and used financial aid to be able to afford my unpaid internship. I also planned ahead. It's not classism, many families consider it an investment.
*sigh* My life story. I get paid less than 200 per week, and this is for one of the top news sites in the country. I am also a busy mother, I have to pick up the kid from school, make meals, clean etc. But it's worth it? I don't know. I feel like I am exploited but in NYC you have to take whatever shots you can. Even…
Ugh I HATE PROACTIV. For this very reason, they kept shipping me shit and I sent it back and the billing never stopped. It was a nightmare.
I'd be fine with one. Good. Weddings are weird sucky selfish things anyways.
I did this "diet" about 11 years ago. I just stopped eating after 4. Up until then I ate whatever I wanted, I just had that cut-off. I was certainly really hungry at first, but got used to it quickly. I lost a lot of weight, probably too much. It also helped to be depressed.
