LMAO - Ash sought psychiatric help for what he went through. He literally had medical bills to show he needed help for emotional distress. You earlier said medical bills make it easy to prove damages, so there you go. His emotional damages were “quantified” by his treating doctor.

I don’t want “probably” because I can probably guess as well as you can. If you’re going to guess, then just say you’re guessing. Don’t pretend you’re an expert when you’re just guessing. I can guess and assume as well as anyone. That doesn’t mean I have the first clue what I’m talking about.

If you think that this kids emotional damage is hard to prove, I wonder what you think is easy to prove?

In a broad sense, you made that perfectly clear you knew who got what.

You don’t know who approved the fees. The decision shows that Ash’s mother was involved. Maybe she approved them. I don’t know. I don’t pretend to know. You don’t either and should stop playing like you do.

So how were the fees diving among the 7 attorneys?

You’re trying, unsuccessfully, to paint the lawyers as white knights. Your attempts to do so are not persuasive. They made plenty of money.

I’ve heard that crack is a helluva drug and you seem to be an expert on it. Put down the pipe.

On your first point, you convinced me on that upthread and I understand your position there. Personally, I think that type of framework encourages (maybe) endless litigation over minor issues but I have nothing to show that’s the case. So, you win that one.

When he says he cannot connect with a character, he’s saying he can’t write him in a fashion that works, correct? He’s admitting he can’t write a gay character. That’s not a crime. I’m sure he wishes he could, but he doesn’t feel he can, so he’s not going to try.

Whatever. You said Ash paid nothing (he didn’t) but he’s going to be the one to get paid attorneys’ fees he never paid.

You know what he means. Modify the Accord to let oil and gas companies pollute freely and we’ll get back in. No need to play coy.

Well, you can always vote to increase your taxes and pay everyone more money!

You say that attorneys fees are paid to the person represented not the lawyers.

It’s about a musical drama so I’m surprised everyone in it isn’t gay.

I’m not a writer but if this guy thinks that what he’s writing is crap, it probably is. I don’t think expecting him to “struggle through” is fair. He’s got a job to do. It’s his career. I wouldn’t expect him to produce stuff he knows is crap to satisfy anyone.

Nice to see you’re so open minded about your idiotic opinions.

Since attracting large audiences is the name of the game and keeps the lights on, good luck getting people to try and shoot for a smaller viewership.

I understand that, but I think everyone here agrees that Ash didn’t pay anyone anything. He’s in high school and probably lacked the means to pay anyone. So . . . that may be the law in most cases but it can’t be the law here.

If you’re from America, you probably know that the people that are the same party as this guy thinks being bashed by Europeans is a GOOD thing. They couldn’t care less about the US press, let alone the Netherlands’ press corps.
