Sounds like it'll be more of a serious game than purely a tech demo.

It's funny, because I played far more games 10-15 years ago.

@kneegrow: It's really not completely their network though.

@Poison: That's disgusting

@Archaotic: Would be so epic if he picked that franchise back up

@RySenkari: Pretty much, you could say free market and vote with your wallets, etc.

@Lincolnsbeard33: I thought it was more due to the fact that they DDOS'd the shit out of their servers rather than just complaining =P.

@Vidikron: The latter arguments assume the ISPs act in altruistic fashion.

@fronsac: Windows Mobile used this technique for years.

@Bubbleman!: They did a while back, it tanked.

@Chestnut Bowl: That's a null point, they're releasing a map editor too.

@herogear: I would buy Blizzard's games, even if they were owned by Satan.

A one time check is cool with me, especially since spawned copies/LAN is dead anyway.

For $10?

@Accordion: I love you, but damnit, why won't it send me an account activation e-mail!?!

I just can't stop laughing
