So how does this work exactly?  Gearbox was purchased by Embracer Group, but Tiny Tina was published by 2K.  Are Borderlands and Wonderlands games now being published by Embracer Group or do they still have a contract to publish this franchise under 2K?

I respectfully disagree.  A company could say, for example, that the plot of the story mode getting leaked early could lower interest in the game, as those who would have been interested in playing through it have now seen a year or two worth of videos analyzing every leaked detail and prospective customers feel it

If he did, as the article implies, sign one or more NDAs that he willfully violated, then I have to assume the corporate lawyers are sharpening their knives.  After all, a great way to discourage other influencers from pulling this same stunt is to sue this guy into the ground and make an example of him.
