15 weeks pregnant and haven’t been able to keep down a full meal since week 4. I have terrible back pain and reflux and can only keep down some carbs -no meat. I am now told this week my hypoglycemia is a serious issue and I need to eat a lot of protein. Due to food allergies and morning sickness this is SO HARD.
