I believe recalls on safety (seatbelts, airbags, etc.) and emissions don’t expire. Other recalls can (Toyota has ended recalls on older trucks for rusty frames for example, so if you didn’t get the work done, you’re mostly on your own, though I’ve heard of Toyota still helping people in that situation).

Struts are not easy to buy for these, very few places sell parts for these. Try to find new rear struts or a rear half shaft anywhere. Makes owning one a real pain.
