CBS has buildings full of millions of TVs that they leave on 24/7. It's like an NFL team pumping in crowd noise.

So I think I've finally figured out how CBS shows get such great ratings and how it's the most watched network.
There has to be a large percentage of people that turn their TVs on with channel 3 being the default and either have no remote, walk away from their TV for an extended period of time, leave it on for a pet…

People liked that time of their life more than they liked the actual music. But it's hard to hate on a guy for building an entire career off of rich 18-25 year olds with not a care in the world.
It's like how baby boomers all love Bruce Springsteen.

I wonder how many break ups have taken place at Starbucks? Ya know in that highly sought after age demographic.

The only thing DD does better than Starbucks is not be pretentious and overpriced. It's like they purposely hire dirty workers with odd piercings that need to wash their hair to be the anti Starbucks.
And their donuts are terrible as well.
